DRM-32049: Could not connect, the server refused the connection - during login

Would anybody know what is causing this ERROR encountered during login and what the solution could be??

An error occurred while trying to login.

1: DRM-32049: Could not connect, the server refused the connection.

I searched for the said error and found 2 articles but not related to logins.

The DRM service is up and running

Any help would be appreciated.
