DRM 11.2 Migration Utility error

Hello All, I am trying to load HFM application template via DRM 11.2 Migration Utility and get below error .

Also in event logs of the DRM server I see below errors

"DRM-61003: Application engine could not be started. Check the event log for errors"
DRM-11016: Connection was established with the server but the connection parameters do not reference a valid DRM database. Error message: Invalid object name 'DAL_Version
