Drivers of OEL on Notebook Pc

Hi Friends,

I have installed OEL 5.4 64bit on my new laptop notebook SAMSUNG R439. But my problem is I can not find the right
drivers for its audio/video cards, wi-fi, internet, lan card, usb drive, webcam, etc, etc.

Where can I get the generic drivers for linux on notebook?
