Draw average line and change Tick label of specific Serie.Data

Hi,
I have 2 questions on Charts:

1) I am trying to change the style e.g. underline, font of a specific Tick label in a CategoryAxis e.g. a Serie "i" with Data "k" should have the category Tick label underlined. any idea how to do that?

2) In a ScatterChart I have an average point to draw a vertical line i.e. in addition to the dot plot a vertical line should be drawed on that point. How to realize that?

I would appreciate any help.
