Draw ACH Transaction Report

When a draw ACH Transaction report prints on more than one page, there needs to be a header on the 2nd page with the Job number, project name and draw number. There is currently no indication of what project, job number or draw number on the 2nd page, so if it gets separated from page 1, we have a hard time locating which project it goes with.
