Draw a functionality flochart/diagram for existing PL/SQL code

Hi All,

I have written a PL/SQL code. instead of explaining the functionality every time I want to draw a chart/diagram for that particular code. can any one please suggest me if I paste the code any where it should give you the or show you the functionality clearly. Please let me know the tool if anything available.
