Drag and Drop Regions

Hello
I have an Oracle APEX page with several regions that is used for a dashboard kind of page. The users want to drag the regions customize the look of the dashboard. Is there a way I can make the regions to be dragged and dropped or to be rearranged ? Any help would be appreciated!

I am using Apex 22.
