Made an image of OL7 in virtualbox. After I converted the disk into the appropriate format for HyperV I strangely get these messages like in this forum - https://centos.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=63043
Dracut Initque timeout. This only happens when trying to boot into the UEK. The 3.10 kernel has no issues (as I a first booted into rescue mode and did dracut -f), I have attempted dracut -f <<pointing to UEK .img file>> but made no difference. I suspected it may be due to some lack of kernel drivers so attempted again adding the drivers for hyperv but this still didn't make a diff. Note that LIS is enabled by default by HyperV as per this - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/virtualization/hyper-v/supported-oracle-linux-virtual-machines-on-hyper-…
Am I missing something quite simple here?
