downloding files embedded in an excel sheet

Hi All,

I am want to download files from excel sheet, which are embedded in one of the column in excel. how can i achieve this in java?

Here is how my excel looks
Column A Column B
_______ _______
Column1 File1.doc
Column2 File2.doc
Column3 File3.doc
.
.
.
.
ColumnX FileX.doc
