Downloads Oracle 10.2.0.4 64 bit

Hi,
I want to install Oracle 10.2.0.4 64 bit on a Windows 2003R3-64bit server.

I found to downloads :

Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows (x64)

And :

I wonder what is the difference and which one should I download ?
