Downloading Personal Oracle 9i

I just downloaded Oracle 9i Database Release 2 Enterprise/Standard/Personal Edition for Windows NT/2000/XP from OTN. I noticed that the file sizes listed
on OTN does not match what I downloaded (on an NT FAT drive). Here is the two side by side:

Since OTN instructs users to verify file sizes, did anything go wrong during the download that caused the disparity? All I am interested in is Personal Oracle 9i. Did I download the right files? (I am not really interested in the Enterprise or Standard
Editions; but I could not find any other 9i-related file that contained Personal Oracle)
