Downloading Oracle Forms

Hi,

Im trying to find a download for oracle form builder (I dont know whether it comes with "Oracle Forms"). Im using windows 7 and i was looking for version 6i for windows 7 but from what i can find, 6i only supports windows XP. Can anyone give me a link to where i might find Oracle Forms for windows 7 (It doesn't matter if its not 6i. I just need the software that has Form builder in). Also if there is anything required to be downloaded before hand, can you please tell me what it is as ive had a look after extracting a file from oracle and it seems as though the installation can be tricky as there are lots of files.
