downloading BPEL PM 2.0.10 problem

Greetings,
I tried to download the BPEL PM 2.0.10 from OTN page http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/bpel/index.html but I get an 404 error.
That is also true for all the other packages on that page.
Anything I'm doing wrong? (note - I have downloaded the designer package a while ago and that worked fine)
