I'm having no success trying to download oracle 11.2.0.4 for Linux of any flavor. Need this to create a migration test plan to move from Solaris to Linux platform and then upgrade to 19.
I navigate as follows:
>>> Certifications
>>> Search and Find : Locate and click on :

Just get a white blank screen and sometimes a message : "A connection to the server has failed. (Status=504)"
