Download XLSX file with dropdown columns from Oracle apex

Hi There,

We have a functionality to upload and download the XLSX file from Oracle Apex. The uploaded file is having dropdown for 2 columns (Screenshot attached). When downloading the same file, its not getting downloaded along with the dropdown.

Please suggest, any help will be appreciated!
