Download Sun Java plugin 1.5.0..150 from serve machine

am using Java Plug-in 1.5.0.150 to run my oracle 9i application for first time when I run my oracle application it is downloading Sun Java plugin 1.5.0..150 from web not from the serve machine so instead of download it from web if I do any modification in formsweb.cfgÂ can I download it from server machine(as like JInitiator). If yes, then what all modification I have to do.
