download oracle9i from https://edelivery.oracle.com encounter errors

I want to download Oracle 9.2.0.1 for AIX 64 bit and Oracle 9.2.0.1 for Linux x86-64bit software package from Oracle E-Delivery(https://edelivery.oracle.com)
but when i download these oracle software ,i encounter these error:
