Download Oracle Streams AQ

Hi,

I am trying to download Oracle Streams AQ. I am told it is not available as a standalone product but is a part of the Oracle DB 10g Enterprise Edition. I tried downloading and installing the DB server from - http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/oracle10g/index.html but Oracle AQ does not seem to be an available installation option. Can you pls tell me how I could download the Oracle Streams AQ?

Also, is a trial version of Oracle RAC available for download?
