Download Oracle Database 11gR1 installer (download oracle previus release)

Hi, I try to find where to download the Oracle database 11gr1 installer because on otn.oracle.com I can find the installer.

Is true that i can download the patchset 11.1.0.6 and run the "runInstaller" utility and do a new installation?
