On Feb 17, 2016, I downloaded Oracle client 64 for Linux from Oracle website -- I hope it was Oracle. The file name has identifier of V46097-01. The download page was similar to the details described on this webpage that I later found in my search to verify the download (you may need English translation to view).

I downloaded Oracle 12c Release 1 Client (12.1.0.2.0) for Linux x86-64 (64-bit), part number V46097-01.
Today, when I searched the Oracle website again for the Oracle client Linux 64 download, this is what I get.

Oracle Database 12c Release 1 Client (12.1.0.2.0) for Linux x86-64 will download linuxadm4_12c_client.zip (64-bit). The download page looks totally different from what I accessed on Feb 17.
Questions to the Oracle community:
1. Was the webpage I visited on Feb 17, 2016 a legitimate Oracle webpage? My current location is Canada.
2. If the webpage is legitimate, what's difference between V46097-01.zip and linuxamd_12c_client.zip? When I googled oracle V46097-01.zip, there are a few
articles on this topic. So, someone may have been accessing the same webpage that I visited on Feb 17.
3. Does amd in the file name imply it's for AMD processor only? Will it work on INTEL servers?
4. How can I navigate to the same webpage where V46097-01.zip was initially found on Feb 17? Is this webpage obsolete?
Thank you for your response.
