Download Multiple IR's to a single .xls file without using a plugin

Hi guys,

I am using Oracle APEX 5.0 and working on an application that needs to take multiple I'R's , download them to ONE .XLS excel file(each IR will need to be a new "Sheet" in the excel document".

I cannot use a third party plugin because of the security policies that my company uses. Is there any way to do this without plugins?
