Hello community, sorry for offtop question, but when I try to download JDeveloper from Oracle official page I see this:

Oracle JDeveloper 12c (12.2.1.2.0)

This page is temporarily not available we'll be back soon

And it's been unavailable for third week in a row. Maybe someone knows why is it happening?
