download.java.net not reachable / can not download jai 1.1.3

dear list,
i want to download jai 1.1.3 (java advanced imaging)(latest version) but i always get the same message that the server (download.java.net) is not found.
i used this url: http://download.java.net/media/jai/builds/release/1_1_3/
is this a temporary problem or is the resource moved?
i found an older version at this url:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javasebusiness/downloads/java-archive-downloads-java-client-419417.html#jai-1_1_2_01-oth-JPR
but i want to use the latest version of jai.
