Download IR in excel format

Hi everyone,
I need to download an Interactive Report in excel format but when I try to do this the excel icon doesn't appear in the download box.
The download property is activated
In download window excel format is not allowed
Can anyone help me?

The Apex version we used is 19.2.0.00.18 integrated with E-business suite release 12.2.5 and Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit.
