download for oracle http server and isql*plus?

Is there a download available to install just the Oracle http server and isql*plus on Windows 2000? I downloaded a "lightweight version of Oracle9iAS v903" which included the Oracle HTTP server but the installer installed far more than I wanted, and I don't see the Oracle HTTP server started in my list of services, so I don't think it worked at all.
