Recently, I have tried to download the Application Express, Solaris, JDeveloper, and Database Express from the Oracle by using the Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome in several computers. All of them return an error indicating that the website http://oracleotn.rd.llnwd.net/... has been down.

How can I do in order to solve this problem.

Any helps will be in greatly appreciate.
