Download extremely slow

Hi,

I try to download from Switzerland:
http://download-uk.oracle.com/otn/linux/oracle10g/ship.db.lnx32.cpio.gz

It is extremely slow. When downloading big files from other (non oracle) sites I experience no problem.

Can it be that there is a problem on your download server?
