Download Enterprise Manager (10g)

hi folks,

At my office, we use 10g database.

I want to install only the Enterprise Manager tool onto a programmer's PC.

Can I download only Enterprise Manager from Oracle's site ?

I want to install Enterprise Manager, not Database Control.
