Download Completed. Zip File is corrupted or Invalid

I am trying to download from the file ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1.zip from
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ids/htdocs/101202winsoft.html

It starts downloading, after completing about 10% of download, download completes. The file size do not match. if I open in WinZip I am getting error(Zip File is corrupted or Invalid).

I have tried from two different PC's. Same problem. Tried two days. Not successful. Any help?
