Downlaod Oracle software with wget

Hello,

Does someone knows how to download Oracle softare with wget from OTN?

I have tried:

wget --http-user=<my email on OTN> "http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/appexpress/apex_19.2.zip" -O apex_19.1.zip

But I don't get the binary.
