Downgrade from 64-bit to 32-bit

Hi all,

Currently i have oracle database 102.2.04 64-bit running on windows server 2008. If i would to downgrade to 10.2.0.4 32-bit running on winodws server 2003 is it possible? Can someone guide me with the steps. thanks in advance.
