down grade from 128 bit encryption to 56 bit?

Hi all,

We have purchased and installed a new 128bit certificate from Verisign recently on iWS 4.1, but some clients in Europe had problems to access the site, because they're still using browser on NT only support 56bit cipher. I'm just wondering if it is possible to turn off the 128 encription on the server and only enable 56bit?

there's an entry in magnus.conf which is:
SSL3Ciphers rsa_rc4_128_md5,rsa_3des_sha,+rsa_des_sha ... ...

what if I change it to -rsa_rc4_128_md5 ... ...
