Dowloading item result in incorrect data type in the SQL statement when modifying the record

Under APEX 24.2.6 i have created a form on p. 19. With a download file item type names P19_FICHIER.

I get an error message when I try to modify the form, at loading the page an error message is displayed :

FICHIER contains an incorrect data type in the SQL statement. The column number Fichier is of type BLOB whereas VARCHAR2 is expected.
