Doubtful about security of oracle's Wrap code!

Dears

I am little bit doubtful about security of oracle's own Wrap code like package "sys.utl_smtp" .

Someone can easily Unwrap it without source code?
How it possible? whats your opinion about this? please can anybody clear me.
