After last renewal of our domain registration we were getting automated emails to verify the contact information. We did but the process was repeated every 4 or 5 days until finaly the domain registation was canceled.
All this time (about a month, we try all email support options but we were getting the same automated responce. Of course wa can receive emails in this address and we did answer every request from that address but finaly we lost the domain after the lasty renewal.
What can we do, is there any one to contact?
