Domain Creation Fails with "java.lang.SecurityException: The provider self-integrity check failed

Hi all,

I am using weblogic 10.3 server, tried to create a Domain. But it was failed with below error.

**** Domain Creation Failed! java.lang.SecurityException: The provider self-integrity check failed. ****

I do disabled SSL, but still facing the issue. Please help me on fixing the issue.
