Domain creation failed - IAM 11g R2 PS3

Hi,

I am trying setup 11gR2PS3 environment and during the Fusion Middleware Domain Configuration wizard step got the below error

Has any one faced this issue. Could you please thrown some light on this and how to fix it.

I have and upgraded environment ( 11gR2 PS2 to PS3), but no OAM installed on it. Can i extend the domain to include OAM, so that i can try the OIM-OAM integration.

Any documents available to accomplish this.
