Doing fresh install solaris 10 on Sparc T5220

Hello,

I am a newbie concerning administrating Solaris 10 and Sparc sever (experience with FreeBSD and Linux) , we get back one T5220 server with Solaris 10 and I would like to start with a fresh install of Solaris 10 (get rip of old things and remove the raid array to get more disk space).  We will use it as a X11/vncsessions server. We do not have any support from Oracle, we bought this box on ebay.

My questions are:

- Do I need to apply patch for ILOM before doing anything (I don't want to be stuck with a firmware update that failed and lose the box because I will not be able to recover) ?

- Does the dvd iso image, downloaded from Oracle's web site will work ?

- During installation, will I face a license problem ?

ILOM information:
