Does the Oracle Data Appliance come with the SIB installed?

I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I have followed, so far, the documentation for the X6-2S.

and the PDF.

But in there it says to download the Oracle Database Appliance SingleInstance software bundle (SIB) and also to use configure firstnet. I have ILOM running. I can ssh into it, etc. Is the SIB the image or something I need to install to begin deploying an Oracle Single Instance database?
