Does't work http://localhost:7777

I have Oracle9iR2 installed on Red Hat Linux AS3.
When I'm typing in browser http://localhost:7777
The following error message's appearing:

The connection was refused when attempting to contact
localhost/7777.

I installed Linux with web server Apache 5.8.0 and Oracle has it's own Apache 5.00503 too. Does anybody know Is there any conflict bitween two Apache servers installed on the same Linux OS?
If yes then how to fix this problem?
I would like to work with Oracle DB via webinterface.
What kind of setting do I need for such work?
