Does Oracle run on AS400?

Not even sure if AS400 is an operating system. Can Oracle run on AS400? Is the Operating System named OS/400, and AS400 is the Application Server OS?

Can someone assist? Any links to Oracle or IBM's website for me to even find out about what AS400 is and Oracle's support for this?

Any help will be much appreciated.
