Does Oracle HTTP server need license to host Oracle Apex applications ?

- I am new to this Apex world.

- If I download and install Oracle Apex 4.0 on Oracle database 10g, I guess the Apex 4.0 is free download and does not need license.

1) Now to run the Apex, if I install Oracle HTTP server to host the Apex 4.0 applications, do I need to have license for Oracle HTTP server ?

2) If answer to question ONE is yes, how much is it an approximate cost. 5 user environment installed on a small Intel Core 2 duo windows PC with 2GB memory ?
Give me an approximate number, DO NOT ASK ME TO CHECK WITH ORACLE SALES REP.

3) Are there any free web servers which I can use to host the Apex 4.0 ? if YES name few which work well with Oracle Apex.
