Does Oracle Health have any Flag endpoints for their R4 Millennium API?

Background Information:

Fhir has a resource called “Flag” that can contain things like isolation notes, infection, and health concerns for a patient. Epic has these available as part of their Fhir endpoints, but I am not seeing the same in Oracle Health. Where would I find this data in your system?

When I try to hit your API searching for a flag with a patient Id, I get this error: “insufficient_scope”. I am using the scope “system/Flag.rs”.
