Does Oracle have a 64-bit ODBC Driver.

I am trying to find a ODBC Driver for 64-bit processors. I am running a Windows 2003 Server(64-bit) on a AMD Machine and my Oracle is on a 32-bit machine. I can't find a 64-bit ODBC driver anywhere on this site. Do you guys know if Oracle ships it with their database?
