Does Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio could we applied on Visual Studio 2017 Community editi

I installed Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition (with Data Services package) and then during applying of the latest ODT i've got below error:

[INS-50013] Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET Error.

Please install Visual Studio before you proceed with this installation.

Could you help to confirm, whether ODTwithODAC122010 supports Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition?
