Does OL/OEL support filesystem-level encryption, similar to RedHat?

Hi, I am aware of Oracle Advanced Security (TDE) for encrypting the database. My question is wrt non-Oracle data.

RHEL includes filesystem level encryption from 5.3 onward.

Does OL/OEL from a certain release on, include it too?

If so, a pointer to this detail would be appreciated, as I have a customer interested in this capabilty.
