Would it be a sensible idea to develop (And Host) a small website on APEX (Probably on "Oracle Database Cloud Services") for just a few users?
This would be a handful of pages basically advertising a local music group (Information screens / Upcoming events etc) also need screens/tables to manage Workshops (i.e. Adding/Updating/Deleting participants, but no Payments)
Going forward, they may be a few more websites required on a similar scale.
So maybe 3-5 years from now their would be, say 5 websites to be maintained.
I'm thinking of using Apex as my background is 25 years as an Oracle Developer, almost all as back end PL/SQL work, with a couple of years APEX (Version 3) development, but all for large Multi-National companies, so all the infrastructure is in place already.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
