Does APEX Processes are not working with Dynamic Actions ?

I'm using APEX 4.2

When I create a Interactive Report Region ( IRR on a view) the default process created by APEX does not function when created a dynamic action to display a user notification about a record existence.

Please let me know whether APEX processes get overridden by Dynamic action and what should I do to get the functionality given by that default process.

In my situation I want to display that 'Action Processed' message displaying in green background (generated by the APEX process) after my dynamic action coe executed to navigate back to the report page from form page.
