Does anyone use IBM Cognos for printing PDF documents for APEX applications?

Currently we use Altova Stylevision to create PDF reports for our APEX applications. While the software works for most cases, it is limited in usability and maintenance. Since Cognos is our reporting tool at my company, my management wants to know if Cognos can interface with APEX to generate PDF documents seemlessly. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of the matter?
