Does a delete statement uses USERS tablespace

hi

When i tried to delete some rows from a table,I got space quota exceeded error on tablespace USERS ora 1536.

Actually delete statement uses Undo Tablespace right,but while deleting data from a table i got this error.

There is 10gb undo tablespace also.
